A former celebrity personal trainer and elementary school teacher, Jess Glazer DeRose left her teaching job in 2017 and hired a team of incredible heart-centered leaders and served hundreds of clients. As a result of donations and the awareness she and her company, “The Digital Business Evolution,” has generated, Jess was able to fund the building of a school in Ghana, Africa with Pencils of Promise. The school opened in January 2021 and is home to over 150 students and local staff.
